Day 1, Meru National Park: Elsa Kopje
On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by a our representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport to catch the Air Kenya scheduled flight which departs at 09h15. On arrival into Meru you will be met at the airstrip and transferred to Elsa’s Kopje. Accommodation is booked for 3 nights on a full board basis.
Elsa’s Kopje is named after Elsa the lioness, made famous by George and Joy Adamson’s biographical book and film “Born Free”. Elsa’s Kopje remains one of the most elegant lodges in Africa, with one of the most spectacular settings and it is the best upmarket location to view rhino in their natural habitat in Kenya. Elsa’s Kopje blends into the rocky crags of the “kopje” (small hill), built above the site of George Adamson’s original campsite. Every cottage is the ultimate ‘room-with-a-view’, uniquely designed, incorporating the natural features of the rocky hillside. There is an open bar, lounge and dining room with an exceptionally inviting infinity pool overlooking the Meru plains. Elsa’s Private House is a spacious, stylish, exclusive hideaway set slightly apart from the main lodge with a large private living and dining area, leading seamlessly into a private garden and swimming pool.

Day 4, Masai Mara Game Reserve: Cottars 1920 Safari Camp
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your private charter flight to the Masai Mara. You will be met at Cottars Airstrip and transferred to Cottars 1920s SafariCamp. Accommodation is booked for 4 nights on a full board basis.

Day 8, Depart
After one last game drive in the Masai Mara, at 09h45 you will be transferred to Keekorok airstrip to take the 11h00 Safarilink flight back to Nairobi. Arriving at 12h15, our representative will meet and transfer you to your Nairobi hotel or to the international airport for your journey home
